Education and Trains

Professor Ye graduated from Department of Biology of East China Normal University with B.S. Then he taught at Anhui Polytechnic University and attended the Advanced Curricula for Assistants about biochemistry at Wuhan University . He obtained M.S. from Nanjing Agricultural University (Supervisor:Yongxuan Chen, professor and doctoraltutor; Yingjie Pan, researcher and doctoral tutor) and Ph. D. from Shandong University (Supervisor: Guirong Ma, professor and doctoraltutor; Wenying Zhuang, researcher and academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences). After that, He went to The Second Military Medical University for post-doctoral research(Supervisor: Zhongtian Qi,professor and doctoraltutor).

Since 2004,he has been appointed as professor (from Level 4 to Level 2),supervisor of master and PhD students,dean of department at Hefei University of Technology and famous teacher of Anhui province. He has taken charge of more than 20 longitudinal and over 10 horizontal projects of national,provincial level,and over 10 teaching quality projects of provincial and university level. Moreover,as the first author (or corresponding author), he has published over 120 academic papersover 40 included by SCIof the core journals both at home and abroad,and applied nearly 40 Chinese patents of invention as the first inventor,of which nearly 30 have been authorized. So far,He has already trained three post-doctoral students, seven doctoral students (including two international students) and over 40 graduate students.

Professor Ye has won awards, including the award of outstanding scientific and technological achievements in universities of Anhui province, the award for natural science in Anhui province and doctoral graduate student of Good Character and Scholarship , the excellent teaching achievement award of Hefei University of Technology, the award of outstanding teaching achievement of Anhui province, the paper award of Hefei University of Technology, Anhui scientific and technological progress award and the famous teacher of Anhui province.
