Education and Trains

As a staff of HFUT from 2004 (2001.07 I graduated from Anhui Normal University; and I got my master and doctoral degree from HFUT at 2004 and 2009, respectively; 2015.01-2016.02 as a visiting scholar in Curtin University of Australian; 2016.05-2017.12 working in CRTDC of MOST of China.)

  

Main Research Fields

Food fermentation engineering and comprehensive utilization of agricultural resources:

(1) Agricultural products processing and food brewing project(Bean curd/sufu fermentation and Alcohol fermentation) (2) Organic acid fermentation (L-lactic acid, Succinic acid, Malic acid, Fumaric acid and Itaconic acid; (3) Comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste (Sugar preparation, Fuel ethanol and Platform chemicals from crop straw cellulose); (4) high-value processing of agricultural products (Processing and separation of active ingredients for Chrysanthemum)
